This privacy policy describes how IQG LLC (“we,” “us,” or “our”) handles information in connection with Conditioned, our adaptive hybrid-training app for iPhone and Mac (“the App”), distributed through the App Store and Mac App Store.
Your health and training data stays on your device, or in your own iCloud private database. We never see it, never sell it, and never share it with anyone. Conditioned contains no third-party analytics, no advertising SDKs, and no telemetry on your health data. The only network traffic the App makes is to Apple’s own iCloud servers, on your behalf, in your private container.
We do not collect personal information, usage data, or content on any server we operate. Specifically:
When you use Conditioned, you create or import data of several kinds:
All data lives in two places, both controlled by you:
We operate no servers that store user health data.
If you grant Conditioned access to Apple Health, the App reads from these categories:
The App writes only completed Conditioned workouts (running and strength training) back to Apple Health, and only when you authorize the write scope.
You can revoke any of these scopes at any time in Settings → Apple Health → Conditioned. The App will continue to function on whatever data you log manually.
If you grant notification permission during onboarding, the App schedules local reminders (morning weigh-in, pre-workout, end-of-day macro check). These are scheduled by your device’s operating system and never travel through any server we operate. You can disable any of them at any time in the App’s settings or in iOS / macOS Settings → Notifications → Conditioned.
Conditioned is a subscription-based app sold through the App Store. Apple handles all payment processing. We never see your credit-card number, billing address, or other payment information. We receive only the entitlement status (whether you have an active subscription or trial), validated locally via StoreKit 2 on your device. We do not operate a third-party receipt-validation server.
We do not collect data on our servers, so there is no data we share. We do not sell, rent, exchange, or transmit user information to any third party. The only data flow that exists is between your device and your own iCloud private database, mediated by Apple.
Conditioned is not directed at children under 13. The App requires Apple Health access and an Apple ID for iCloud sync, both of which Apple gates by age. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
The App runs in Apple’s App Sandbox with the minimum entitlements required to function: HealthKit (read + write workouts), iCloud (CloudKit private database), App Groups (so the iPhone and Mac apps can share local data), and notifications. All data on your device is protected by your device’s own security model — disk encryption, biometric unlock, and so on. iCloud data is encrypted at rest by Apple.
If a crash occurs, the App may use Apple’s built-in MetricKit framework to collect a crash report and aggregate performance metrics. MetricKit reports are routed to App Store Connect by Apple — we do not run a third-party crash-reporting service. These reports do not contain your health data; they contain stack traces, memory pressure, and similar engineering signals used to fix bugs.
Because all your data lives on your device and in your iCloud, you have full control:
If we ever change how Conditioned handles information — for example, if a future version adds optional features that involve a new data flow — we will update this page with a new revision date and clearly describe the change in the App’s release notes before the change takes effect. We will never enable any new data collection without your explicit consent.
